All that is on earth will perish, 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 28 Everyone in the heavens and on the earth entreats Him. Every day He manifests Himself in a new state. 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 Soon shall We settle your affairs, O both ye worlds! 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 36 When the sky will split asunder, and turn rosy like the dregs of annointing oil, 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 40 All who were lost in sin shall by their marks be known, and shall by their forelocks and their feet be seized! 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 45
