I swear by that which ye see. 38 And all that ye see not 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 Then We would have cut from him the aorta. 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 We certainly know that some among you will give the lie to it, 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
