What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards you 36 In crowds, right and left? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 No! Indeed, We have created them from that which they know. 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the rising-places and the setting-places of the planets that We verily are Able 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 So leave them alone to plunge and play, until they encounter the Day which they are promised; 42 the Day when they shall come out of their graves in haste, as if they were racing to a goal, 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
