Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
