The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
