(Consider) when Moses said to his young companion, "I shall continue travelling until I reach the junction of the two seas or have travelled for many years". 60 But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel. 61 So when they had passed beyond it, [Moses] said to his boy, "Bring us our morning meal. We have certainly suffered in this, our journey, [much] fatigue." 62 He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" 63 [Moses] said, "That is what we were seeking." So they returned, following their footprints. 64 Then found they one of Our slaves, unto whom We had given mercy from Us, and had taught him knowledge from Our presence. 65 Musa said unto him: shall I follow thee that thou mayest teach me of that which thou hast been taught a directive knowledge. 66 [The other] answered: "Behold, thou wilt never be able to have patience with me 67 for how couldst thou be patient about something that thou canst not comprehend within the compass of [thy] experience?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said, "Well then, if you would follow me, do not ask me about anything till I speak of it to you." 70
