Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 [how can] you turn away from it?" 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 [For,] lo, thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 Not so lblis. He grew stiffnecked and became of the infidels. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He (satan) replied: 'Respite me my Lord till the Day of Resurrection' 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 This [divine writ,] behold, is no less than a reminder to all the worlds — 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88
