The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
