Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 to those who make display 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7
