The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 "(It will be said to them): 'Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.' 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners, 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
