The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
