But [let them always remember that] if We lengthen a human being's days, We also cause him to decline in his powers [when he grows old]: will they not, then, use their reason? 68 And We have not taught him (Muhammad) poetry, nor is it meet for him. This is naught else than a Reminder and a Lecture making plain, 69 that he may warn whosoever is living, and that the Word may be realized against the unbelievers. 70 Have they not seen how We have created for them the cattle they master with Our Hands? 71 We have subjected these to them, so that some may be used for riding and some for food, 72 other uses also they have in them, and beverages. What, will they not be thankful? 73 But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. 74 They (the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come (to Us), as captives. 75 So let not their speech grieve thee. Verily We! We know whatsoever they keep secret and whatsoever they make known. 76 Beholdest not man that We have created him from a sperm? Yet lo! he is a manifest disputer? 77 He strikes for Us a similitude and forgot his own creation. He says: “Who will quicken the bones when they have decayed?” 78 Say: 'He shall quicken them, who originated them the first time; He knows all creation, 79 Who giveth you out of the green tree fire, and lo! ye kindle therewith. 80 "Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" - Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)! 81 Whenever He decides to create something He has only to say, "Exist," and it comes into existence. 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
