When We exchange a verse for another and Allah knows best what He is sending down they say: 'You are but a forger' No, most of them do not know. 101 Say thou: the Holy Spirit hath brought it down from thy Lord with truth, that it may establish those who believe, and as a guidance and glad tidings unto the Muslims. 102 And We know well that they say: Only a man teacheth him. The speech of him at whom they falsely hint is outlandish, and this is clear Arabic speech. 103 Those who do not believe in the words of God are verily not guided by God. For them is severe punishment. 104 Only those fabricate lies concerning God who do not believe in the signs of God, and these are the liars. 105 As for anyone who denies God after having once attained to faith - and this, to be sure, does not apply to one who does it under duress, the while his heart remains true to his faith, but [only, to] him who willingly opens up his heart to a denial of the truth: upon all such [falls] God's condemnation, and tremendous suffering awaits them: 106 That is because they love the life of this world more than the Hereafter; and Allah does not guide those who are ungrateful to Allah for His favours. 107 They are the ones upon whose hearts and hearing and eyes Allah has set a seal. They are utterly steeped in heedlessness. 108 So it occurred that they are the losers in the Hereafter. 109 ۞ But (to) those who were victimised and left their homes and then fought and endured patiently, your Lord will surely be forgiving and kind. 110
