The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
