Hizb 38

The people of Noah [too] gave the lie to [one of God's] message-bearers 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
