Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
