Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it. 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
