Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
