The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 And penetrate forthwith into the midst (of the foe) en masse;- 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
