Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya Sin 1 I call to witness the Qur'an, custodian of all laws, -- 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On a Straight Way. 4 It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Indeed the Word (of punishment) has proved true against most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have indeed put shackles around their necks reaching up to the chins, so they remain facing upwards. 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 Alike it is to them whether thou hast warned them or thou hast not warned them, they do not believe. 10 Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous. 11 It is We who bring the dead to life and records the deeds of human beings and their consequences (of continual effects). We keep everything recorded in an illustrious Book. 12
