۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
