The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
