Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But no; I swear by what you see, 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little do you believe. 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 it is the indubitable truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
