The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir)
56 verses, revealed in Mecca after Unknown Person (Al-Muzzammil) before The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
O you (Prophet Muhamad), the cloaked, 1 Arise, and warn, 2 And thy Lord do thou magnify! 3 And your garments purify! 4 And all defilement shun! 5 do not bestow a favour in the expectation of receiving more in return; 6 And for the good-will of thy Lord be thou patient. 7 And [warn all men that] when the trumpet-call [of resurrection] is sounded, 8 that shall be a Harsh Day 9 Not easy upon the disbelievers. 10 Leave Me alone with he whom I created 11 and designated for him ample wealth, 12 And sons abiding in his presence 13 And spread [everything] before him, easing [his life]. 14 and yet, he greedily desires that I give yet more! 15 No! Indeed, he has been toward Our verses obstinate. 16 I shall oblige him to (climb a slippery mountain in the Hell-fire called As-Sa'ud, or to) face a severe torment! 17 Behold, [when Our messages are conveyed to one who is bent on denying the truth,] he reflects and meditates [as to how to disprove them] 18 So accursed be he, how evilly did he decide! 19 Let him be destroyed. How he calculated! 20 Then he looked, 21 And frowned and puckered his brow, 22 Then he turned back and was big with pride, 23 He said, 'This is naught but a trumped-up sorcery; 24 This is not but the word of a human being." 25 Anon shall I roast him into the Scorching Fire. 26 And what will make you know exactly what Hell-fire is? 27 It neither spares, nor releases, 28 scorching the flesh; 29 and it has nineteen angelic keepers. 30 We have appointed only angels to be masters of the Fire, and their number We have appointed only as a trial for the unbelievers, that those who were given the Book may have certainty, and that those who believe may increase in belief, and that those who were given the Book and those who believe may not be in-doubt, and that those in whose hearts there is sickness, and the unbelievers, may say, 'What did God intend by this as a similitude?' So God leads astray whomsoever He will, and He guides whomsoever He will; and none knows the hosts of thy Lord but He. And it is naught but a Reminder to mortals. 31

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
