The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
