۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
