But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And what you do not see 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 Then would have cut off his heart’s artery. 46 and none of you could have saved him! 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 This is the Truth beyond any doubt. 51 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), proclaim the purity of your Lord, the Greatest. 52
