And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. 20 Naught is there, but its treasuries are with Us, and We send it not down but in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
