▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 47 With spreading branches. 48 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 49 In both of them are two fountains flowing. 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 Therein are two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 Lovely as rubies and pearls. 58 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 59 Should the reward of goodness be aught else but goodness? -- 60 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 61 And beside the two there will be two other Gardens. 62 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 63 Dark-green. 64 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 65 Therein are two gushing fountains of water. 66 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 67 In them are fruits (of all kinds), and dates and pomegranate. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 therein maidens good and comely -- 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 There shall be maidens sheltered in tents. 72 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 73 untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 74 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 75 Reclining upon cushions green and carpets beauteous. 76 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
True are the words of God the Almighty.
