Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
