Surely for the godfearing awaits a place of security, 31 gardens and vineyards 32 And graceful maidens of the same age, 33 And a pure cup. 34 They shall not hear therein any vain words nor lying. 35 [All this will be] a reward from thy Sustainer, a gift in accordance with [His Own] reckoning 36 [From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech. 37 The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct. 38 That is the sure day, so whoever desires may take refuge with his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
