And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
