And if they call you a liar, say: My work is for me and your work for you; you are clear of what I do and I am clear of what you do. 41 And some of them give ear to thee; what, wilt thou make the deaf to hear, though they understand not? 42 And among them are some who look at thee: but canst thou guide the blind,- even though they will not see? 43 Surely, God does not wrong people at all, but people wrong themselves. 44 And on the Day when He shall gather (resurrect) them together, (it will be) as if they had not stayed (in the life of this world and graves, etc.) but an hour of a day. They will recognise each other. Ruined indeed will be those who denied the meeting with Allah, and were not guided. 45 Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall return; then God is witness of the things they do 46 A Messenger is sent to every people; and when their Messenger comes, the fate of that people is decided with full justice; they are subjected to no wrong. 47 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 48 Say: I do not control for myself any harm, or any benefit except what Allah pleases; every nation has a term; when their term comes, they shall not then remain behind for an hour, nor can they go before (their time). 49 Say: "Have you ever considered [how you would feel] if His chastisement were to befall you by night or by day? What could there be in that prospect that people lost in sin should wish to hasten? 50 What, when it has come to pass, will you then believe in it? Now, when already you seek to hasten it!' 51 Then it shall be said to the evildoers: 'Taste the punishment of eternity! Shall you be recompensed except according to what you earned' 52 They ask you to tell them if it is true. Say: 'Yes, by my Lord! It is true, and you cannot frustrate it' 53
