"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "(It will be said to them): 'Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.' 46 And We shall remove from their hearts any lurking sense of injury: (they will be) brothers (joyfully) facing each other on thrones (of dignity). 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said: "Do not feel afraid, for we give you the good news of a wise boy." 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
