Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
