And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 And it is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 In fact We have sent the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take unto Himself any son, nor is there any god other than He. (Had there been any other gods) each god would have taken his creatures away with him, and each would have rushed to overpower the other. Glory be to Allah from all that they characterize Him with! 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
