And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
