But [let them always remember that] if We lengthen a human being's days, We also cause him to decline in his powers [when he grows old]: will they not, then, use their reason? 68 And We have not taught him (Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him) to recite poetry, nor does it befit him; it is nothing but an advice and the bright Qur’an. 69 That it may warn him who would have life, and (that) the word may prove true against the unbelievers. 70 Have they not seen what We have created from the labor of Our own hands? We have given them cattle. 71 And We have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding and on some of them they feed? 72 And for them in the animals are numerous different benefits and drinks; so will they not be grateful? 73 And they have taken besides Allah aliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so called gods). 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 Muhammad, let not their words annoy you. We certainly know whatever they conceal or reveal. 76 And did not man see that We have created him from a drop of semen? Yet he is an open quarreller! 77 producing arguments against Us, and forgetting his own creation. He asks, "Who can give life back to bones after they have rotted away?" 78 Say thou: He shall quicken them Who brought them forth for the first time, and He is of every kind of creation the Knower! 79 Who hath appointed for you fire from the green tree, and behold! ye kindle from it. 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 But His command, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: Be! and it is. 82 So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned. 83
