3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
