The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
