The Spider (Al-Ankaboot)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ ALIF LAM MIM. 1 Do the people reckon that they will be left to say 'We believe,' and will not be tried? 2 We indeed tested those before them – so Allah will surely test the truthful, and will surely test the liars. 3 Do the evil-doers suppose that they will get the better of Us? How evil is their judgement! 4 He who hopes to meet God should know that God's appointed hour is sure to come. He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 5 And whoever strives in Allah's cause, strives only for his own benefit; indeed Allah is Independent of the entire creation. 6 As for those who believe and do good works, We shall acquit them of their sins, and recompense them with the best for what they were doing. 7 We have enjoined on man kindness to parents; but if they strive to make thee join with Me that of which thou hast no knowledge, then obey them not. Unto Me is your return and I shall tell you what ye used to do. 8 We shall admit the righteously striving believers into the company of the pious ones. 9 Some people say, "We have faith in God." But when they face some hardship for His cause, they begin to consider the persecution that they have experienced from people as a torment from God. When your Lord grants you a victory, they say, "We were with you." Does God not know best what is in the hearts of every creature? 10 Allah will surely ascertain who are the believers and who are the hypocrites. 11 And the Unbelievers say to those who believe: "Follow our path, and we will bear (the consequences) of your faults." Never in the least will they bear their faults: in fact they are liars! 12 But they will surely carry their [own] burdens and [other] burdens along with their burdens, and they will surely be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about what they used to invent. 13

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
