Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7

The present life is nothing but sport and amusement. The true life is in the Abode of the Hereafter; if only they knew. 64 And when they mount upon the ships they pray to Allah, making their faith pure for Him only, but when He bringeth them safe to land, behold! they ascribe partners (unto Him), 65 In order to be ungrateful for Our favours; and to use the comforts; therefore they will soon come to know. 66 Do they not see how We appointed a safe Sanctuary while all around them people are snatched away? Would they believe in falsehood and do they disbelieve in the favor of Allah! 67 And who is more unjust than one who fabricates lies against Allah, or denies the truth* when it comes to him? Is there not a place in hell for disbelievers? (* The Holy Prophet and / or the Holy Qur’an). 68 And those who strove in Our way – We shall surely show them Our paths; and indeed Allah is with the virtuous. 69
