Have you not seen how the ships sail on the sea by God's grace so that He may show you some of His signs? Surely therein are signs for every steadfast, thankful person. 31 For [thus it is with most men:] when the waves engulf them like shadows [of death,] they call unto God, sincere [at that moment] in their faith in Him alone; but as soon as He has brought them safe ashore, some of them stop half-way [between belief and unbelief]. Yet none could knowingly reject Our messages unless he be utterly perfidious, ingrate. 32 People, fear your Lord, and fear the Day when no father shall ransom a thing for his child nor a child for his father. The promise of Allah is surely true. So do not let the life of this present world delude you, nor let the deluder (satan) delude you concerning Allah. 33 Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. 34
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Luqmaan (Luqmaan). Sent down in Mecca after The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat) before Sheba (Saba)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
