O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters, as well as all [other] believing women, that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public]: this will be more conducive to their being recognized [as decent women] and not annoyed. But [withal,] God is indeed much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace! 59 ۞ Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: 60 They will be condemned wherever they are and will be sized and done away with for good. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 People will ask you about the Hour. Say, "God alone has knowledge of it. Who knows? The Hour may well be near at hand." 63 Lo! Allah hath cursed the disbelievers, and hath prepared for them a flaming fire, 64 They will live in it for ever, and will find no saviour or helper. 65 On the Day when their faces will be turned over in the Fire, they will say: "Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)." 66 And they will say: our Lord! verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they led us astray from the way. 67 Lord, make them to suffer double torment and subject them to the greatest condemnation." 68
