Initiator (Faater)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
ALL PRAISE BE to God, the originator of the heavens and the earth, who appointed angels as His messengers, with wings, two, three and four. He adds what He pleases to His creation. He has certainly power over everything. 1 Whatsoever of mercy Allah may grant unto mankind none there is to withhold it; and whatsoever He may withhold none there is to release it thereafter. And He is the Mighty, the Wise. 2 O mankind! Remember the Grace of Allah upon you! Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the sky (rain) and the earth? La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). How then are you turning away (from Him)? 3 If they belie you, other Messengers have been belied before you. To Allah all matters are returned. 4 O men! Verily, God's promise [of resurrection] is true indeed: let not, then, the life of this world delude you, and let not [your own] deceptive thoughts about God delude you! 5 Satan is certainly your enemy, so hold him as a foe. He only calls his faction to be the residents of Hell. 6 The unbelievers will suffer a severe torment, but the righteously striving believers will receive forgiveness and a great reward. 7
