Hizb 46

And verily Yunus was of the sent ones. 139 When he fled on the laden ship, 140 And then they cast lots, and he was the one who lost; 141 then the whale swallowed him down, and he blameworthy. 142 And had he not been one of those who glorify (Allah) 143 He would have indeed remained inside its belly (the fish) till the Day of Resurrection. 144 ۞ But We threw him on a wide bare tract of land while he was ill; 145 and We caused a gourd tree to grow over him. 146 We sent him to a hundred thousand or more people. 147 and [this time] they believed [in him] and so We allowed them to enjoy their life during the time allotted to them? 148 Now ask them their opinion: Is it that thy Lord has (only) daughters, and they have sons?- 149 Or created We the angels females while they were present? 150 Is it not of their own calumny that they say, 151 'Allah has begotten' They are truly liars. 152 Did He choose daughters rather than sons? 153 What is the matter with you? How do you form your judgement? 154 Will ye not then be admonished? 155 Or have you a clear authority? 156 Then bring your book, if ye say sooth. 157 And some people have invented a kinship between Him and all manner of invisible forces although [even] these invisible forces know well that, verily, they [who thus blaspheme against God] shall indeed be arraigned [before Him on Judgment Day: for] 158 limitless is God in His glory, above anything that men may devise by way of definition! 159 Except the slaves of Allah, whom He choses (for His Mercy i.e. true believers of Islamic Monotheism who do not attribute false things unto Allah). 160 But as for you, and that you worship, 161 you shall tempt none against Him 162 Except he who is to [enter and] burn in the Hellfire. 163 None of us is there, but has a known station; 164 we are those who stand ranged in ranks. 165 “And indeed we are those who say His purity.” 166 What, would they then say: 167 'If only we had had a Reminder from the ancients, 168 Surely we would have been the bondmen of God sincere. 169 But they disbelieved in it; soon they shall know! 170 And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old for Our slaves, the Messengers, 171 That verily they! they shall be made triumphant. 172 and Our armies shall be the victors. 173 Therefore turn away from them till a time, 174 And watch them and they shall see (the punishment)! 175 What, do they seek to hasten Our chastisement? 176 So when it does descend in their courtyards so what an evil morning it will be for those who were warned! 177 So turn away from them for a time 178 and see; soon they shall see! 179 Exaltations be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above that they describe! 180 Peace be on the Messengers. 181 and all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe. 182
God the Almighty always says the truth.
