Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 from which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 The Lord said, "Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating before what I have created with My own hands? Was it because of your pride or are you truly exalted?" 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 He said, “Therefore exit from heaven, for you have been outcast.” (To disrespect the Prophets – peace and blessings be upon them – is blasphemy.) 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 Until the Day of the time appointed. 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 except those among them who are Your sincere worshipers' 83 He (i.e. Allah) said: “This is the Truth -- and I only speak the Truth -- 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
