It is Allah Who created the animals for you, in order for you to ride some of them, and some to eat. 79 There are advantages for you in them, so that you may satisfy your needs through them, and may be borne upon them and on ships. 80 And He shows you His signs. So which of the signs of Allah do you deny? 81 Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous than themselves and greater in strength and in impression on the land, but they were not availed by what they used to earn. 82 So when their Noble Messengers came to them with clear signs, they remained happy over the worldly knowledge they possessed, and upon them only reverted what they used to mock at! 83 So when they saw Our punishment, they said, “We accept faith in the One Allah, and reject those whom we ascribed with Him.” 84 But their believing after they had seen Our chastisement did not avail them. That has been Allah's Way concerning His servants. And the unbelievers courted utter loss, then and there. 85
