To God belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And on the day when the Hour is come, upon that day the vain-doers shall lose. 27 And thou wilt see every sect bowing the knee: Every sect will be called to its Record: "This Day shall ye be recompensed for all that ye did! 28 This, Our record, will speak about you truthfully. We had everything you did recorded in it. 29 So, those who believed and did good things will be admitted to His favour by their Lord. This will be a clear triumph. 30 But as to those who rejected Allah, (to them will be said): "Were not Our Signs rehearsed to you? But ye were arrogant, and were a people given to sin! 31 And when it was said: "Verily! Allah's Promise is the truth, and there is no doubt about the coming of the Hour," you said; "We know not what is the Hour, we do not think it but as a conjecture, and we have no firm convincing belief (therein)." 32 And the evil of what they did will appear to them, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! 33 And it shall be said, 'Today We do forget you, even as you forgot the encounter of this your day; and your refuge is the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. 34 This because you laughed at God's revelations and were taken in by the life of the world." So they will neither be taken out of it, nor will be asked to seek God's favour on that day. 35 So all praise is for Allah only, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, the Lord of the Creation! 36 And His alone is the Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
