Recall what time Allah said: O 'Isa! verily I shall make thee die, and am lifting thee to myself and am purifying thee from those who disbelieve, and shall place those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection; thereafter unto Me shall be the return of you all, then I shall judge between you of that wherein ye were wont to differ. 55 “So I shall mete a severe punishment to those who disbelieve, in this world and in the Hereafter; and they will not have any supporters.” 56 And as for those who believed and worked righteous works, He shall repay them their hires in full, and Allah loveth not the wrong-doers. 57 These verses that We read to you are signs and reminder full of wisdom. 58 Surely, in the sight of Allah, the similitude of the creation of Jesus is as the creation of Adam whom He created out of dust, and then said: 'Be', and he was. 59 (This is) the truth from thy Lord (O Muhammad), so be not thou of those who waver. 60 Wherefore those who contend with thee therein after that which hath come unto thee of the knowledge - say thou: come! let us call our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then let us humbly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars. 61 And this verily is the true account. There is no god but God, and God is all-mighty and all-wise. 62 But if they turn away, then Allah is Knower of the corrupters. 63
